Our cats have always felt right at home at Cats Only. We have been Ursula's customers and fans since the year she opened. Our cats have stayed with her for weekends and for extended periods of time. They always come home relaxed, happy and healthy. I seek Ursula's advice on the care of my cat and respect her opinion greatly. I love to visit with her. The atmosphere is always calm, pleasant and so clean. The sound of music, the tree, the aquarium and all the windows for natural light add up to a most welcoming place for any pet and owner, too! Her high standard of care is evident in every detail from the plan of the two-tiered rooms with a view, to the detailed notes and records she keeps on each cat's preferences and personality. I tell all my friends who own cats to feel confident in leaving their cat for a stay at Cats Only. Ursula loves each and every cat as if it were her own. 	I cannot thank you enough for the fabulous care and attention 'Sarah' got while we were away. Cats Only was a saving grace for us. We had to find a place we could afford and trust with our very important little family members and we were lucky enough to find Ursula. Our 2 cats (Bettie and Ginger) were boarded for 7 months and they could not have been in a better place. With every upsetting event (declawing, 13 hour plane flight, etc.) Ursula showed great concern and care for Bettie and Ginger, treating them as if they were her own. Believe it or not, even with a full house, Ur sula knew every detail about our cats, their demeanor and was very communicative which gave us peace of mind. Once we picked them up it was only a matter of days before our cats found their new stride, their biggest problem only being the need to learn a new environment. After all of this, Ursula confirmed her love for every single cat when she phoned us a week after their departure only to ask how they had settled in. If you need a temporary home for your cats, you simply can not do any better. You will get them back safe and happy which are the only things that matter. 	I give Cat's Only an A++ mark -- it is super clean and a very welcoming, happy home away from home for your cat. We left Ginger there for a week and when we came to pick him up he was so happy and confortable and relaxed that he really didn't want to leave. The cats are doing well! They were in great shape when they arrived in Japan and setlled in to our house right away. They both purred so loudly on their first night here that I could hardly sleep! 	I tell all my friends about Cats Only. Ursula has cared for my 2 aging cats for at least 5 years. I have been so grateful with the caliber of attention and expertise at Cats Only. I was so relieved to see a beautiful homelike facility, thoroughly thought out to keep TJ and Jack occupied watching birds and squirrels outside, fish in tanks inside, even trees to climb during play time.
